Tom Schnarr, Director of OSS Solutions Architecture - CTO Office

As a senior member in the CTO office at Sigma Systems, Mr. Schnarr is responsible for defining and driving the company's architectural and technology vision for the company’s award-winning Service Management Platform (SMP) and Service Management Solutions.  For over a decade, Tom has been instrumental in defining deployed OSS architectural solutions for many global service providers and strategic partners in the telecommunications and cable industries.

Prior to joining Sigma Systems, Mr. Schnarr worked for Nortel and Accenture in numerous roles of increasing responsibility, including senior-level architecture, engineering and software development management positions. He holds a Systems Design Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario.
